- Vehicles that cannot be delivered due to circumstances beyond our control
- Valid cancellations as per your agreement
- Defective products covered under warranty
Refunds are processed to the original payment method only.
9.3 Returns and Warranty
Vehicles are sold with applicable manufacturer warranties. Returns are subject to:
- Warranty terms and conditions as specified at time of purchase
- Defects must be reported within the warranty period
- Vehicles must be in original condition (normal wear and tear excepted)
- All warranty claims are subject to inspection and verification
